On Monday (Sept. 11), Styles did a special show for fans who won tickets to Nova’s Red Room LA Edition performance in Los Angeles, and made time to chat with the night’s host, Kent “Smallzy” Small from Australia’s Nova FM, about what’s ahead for his career. After being asked if he was already working on a second album, the “Sign of the Times” singer revealed that while he doesn’t have a set plan for getting back into the studio right now, he’s definitely thinking about new music.
“I mean, I’m always writing. I’m definitely, always kind of writing stuff,” Styles told Smallzy for Nova FM after his intimate show in LA this week. “You know whenever the time comes to kind of properly get in the studio and do it, you don’t know where you’ll be at, but I’m writing.”
Although Styles’ sophomore album isn’t in the works per say, hearing that the “Sweet Creature” vocalist is always writing should make fans very happy. With such massive success on his debut solo record, we can’t wait to hear what Styles comes up with next!
In the meantime, however, fans can focus on the fact that the 23-year-old singer’s debut solo tour, Harry Styles: Live on Tour, kicks off next week in California with his first show in San Francisco on September 19, 2017 followed by a performance in Los Angeles the next day.
